A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering of Connecticut Avenue,
from the north line of Gypsum Avenue to the South line of Stapler Avenue.

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOhRD OF COP'P,'ISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF SALINA,
KANSAS;

That Connecticut Avenue, from the North line of Gypsum Avenue
to the South line of Stapler `venue, be curbed and guttered and graded
with such excavation and otherwise improving as may be necessary there—
fore, and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
