RESOLUTION relating to the fixing of a date and hour and place form
hearing on the question as to whether a certain structure within the City
wof Salina, Kansas, is insecure or dangerous and whether the same should be
rendered safe and secure or removed.
WHEREAS, a report has been filed with the said Board of Commissioners
by the Chief of the Fir a Department of said City pursuant to article 7
of Chapter 6, of its revised Ordinance of the City of Salina, Kansas, 1948,
which report concerns a certain structure hereinafter described; and,
WHEREAS, said report states that the certain structure, hereinafter
described, is dangerous and insecure and should be made safe and secure or
removed; and,
WHEREAS, the said Board of Commissioners is of the opinion that a
hearing should be held to dertermine whether the structure hereinafter
described should be rendered safe and secure or removed.
SO NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD 01' C019,1ISSIONERS OF THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS:
That a hearing be held on the 6th day of March , 1950, at the hour
of 7r30 O'clock P.M. at the City Court Room, City Hall, in the City of
Salina, Kansas, at which time, to -wits
The owners of that certain dwelling like structure located and sit-
uated on Lot One Hundred Sixty (160) on Fourth Street in the Original Town
of Saline, County, Kansas, will have an opportunity to be heard on the
question as to whether said structure is unsecure or dangerous and whether
the said structure should be rendered safe and secure or renoved.
