A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and gutt ring and paving of I;
Lincoln Avenue from the west line of Twelfth Street to the east
line of Eleventh Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:

That Lincoln Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, 4ansas,
from the west line of Twelfth Street to the east line of Eleventh
Street be curbed guttered, , paved and graded with such excavation
and otherwise e se improving as may be necessary therefor, and the same axe
s hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
