A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering of Lincoln Avenue
from the east line of Reynolds Street to the east line of Broadway
Blvd.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Lincoln Avenue from the east line of Reynolds Street to
the east line of Broadway Blvd, be curbed and guttered and graded !
with such excavation and otherwise improving as may be necessary
therefore, and the same are hereby determined, to be necessary
improvements.
