BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commis sicners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Jewell Avenue, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,

Street, be: moved and graded, with such excay.tion and otherwise
improving as may be necessary therefor and the same are hereb,,�
determined to be necessary improvements.
