from the north line of Republic ''venue to the South line of Lot 13,
projected -west, Block 5 in Hutchinson's Addtion to the City of Salina.,
being approximately 453 feet north and south.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina.,,
Kansas:
That Third Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas, —
from the north lire of Republic Nvenue to the south line of Lot 13,.
projected west, Block 5 in Hutchins on's Addition to the Ci' 'T of
Salina., beiro, approximately 453 feet north and. south, be curbed,
buttered and. eraded, with such excavation and otherwise improving
as may be hecessar,,, therefor, and the same are hereby determined
to be necessary improvements.
