BE IT R7�SOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
That Illinois Street, a street in the City of Salina, —
Kansas, from the west line of Sheridan Stre::t to the east line of
Merrill Street, be curbed and guttered and graded and that Illinois
Street from the west line of Merrill Street to the east line of
Hancock Street, be curbed, guttered and graded, with such excavation
and otherwise improving as may be neceesarl,r therefor and the same
are hereby determined to be necessp.r%, improvements.
