That the authority of E. J. Allison as City Mianager of the City
i of Salina to sign and bind the City of Salina as to one certain "PIPE
LINE LICENSE" dated October 24, 1918, by and between The Atchison, —

Topeka ,aid Santa Fe Railway Company, licensor, of the first part, and

the City of Salina, i�ansas, licensee, of the second part is hereby
j ratified, confirmed and approved.
