BE IT PESULVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,

That Seventh Street, a street in the city of Salina, Kansas
from the center line of Decatur Street to the center line of Grand
Avenue, be curbed, guttered, paved and. graded, ,,pith such excavation
and other,ise improving as majr be necessary therefore, and the same
are hereby deterri.ned to be necessary improvements.
