1071 Appropriate Airport ProperRESOLUTION NO. 1971 V
A RESOLUTION providing for the appropriation of certain real property
for public (municipal) use.
WHEREAS, the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas,
deems and declares it necessary to appropriate the following described
private property located in Saline County, Kansas, to -wit:
The west one-half of the Southeast Quarter of Section 20,
Township 14, south, Range 2, west of the 6th P. M. in Saline
County, Kansas;
for the use of the City in the extension of the Municipal Airport of
the City of Salina as already planned, selected and projected:
SO, NOW THEREFORE, 13E IT RESOLVED, by the Board of Commissioners
of the City of balina, Kansas:
That a survey, description and plat of the aforesaid land so
required by the City be made by H. F. Harper, surveyor and City Engineer
of the City of Salina and filed with the City Clerk of said City prior to
September 18, 1948.
That this resolution be in full force and effect from and its
adoption.
