BE IT AESOLVE�D by the Board of Commissioners of the City
of Salina, Kansas:
That Highland Circle, a street in the City of
Salina, Kansas, from the south line of Ellsworth Avenue
to the south line of Jewell Avenue, be paved and graded,
with such excavation and otherwise impifaving as may
be necessa,r,r therefor and the same are hereby determined
to be necessary imrprove tints.
