! BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City cf
Salina, Kansas:
That Republic Avenue, a street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the east line of Osborne Street to the east
line of Quincy Strset, be paved, curbed, uttered and graded
with such excavation and otherwise improving as may be
necessary therefor, and the same are hereby determined to
be necessary improvements.
