A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing, guttering and paving
of Norton Street, from the north line of Claflin
Avenue to the north line of Kirwi n Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Norton Street, a street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the north line of Claflin Avenue to the north
line of Kirwin Avenue, be curbed, guttered, paved and graded,
with such excavation and otherwise improving as may be necessary
and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
