of Fifth Street, from the center line of Hamilton Avenue
to the center line of Antrim Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Bm rd of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas:
That Fifth Street, a street in the City of Salina, Kansas,
from the center line of Hamilton Avenue to the center line of

Antrim Avenue, be curbed, guttered and graded, with such excavation
and otherwise improving as may be necessary therefor and the
same are hereby determined to be necessary improvements.
