Kirwin Avenue from the west line of Quincy .street
to the center line of Roach Street.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of
Salina, Kansas
That Kirwin Avenue, a street in the City of Salina,..
Kansps from the west line of Quincy Street to the center line
of Roach Street, be curbed, guttered and graded, with such
excavation and otherwise improving as may be necessary there-
for and the same are hereby determined to be necessary improve-
ments.
