A RESOLUTION relating to the curbing and guttering of the west side of
Roach Street from the north line of Cloud Street to the south
line of Claflin Avenue.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansas:
That the west side of Roach Street, a street in the City of Salina,
Kansas, from the north line of Cloud Street, to the south line of Claflin
Avenue, be curbed and guttered and graded, with such excavation and
otherwise improving as may be necessary therefor, and the same are hereby
determined to be necessary improvements.
