RESOLUTION NUMBER 03-5977
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A QUITCLAIM
DEED BETWEEN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS AND THE SECRETARY OF
TRANSPORTATION OF THE STATE OF KANSAS FOR THE TRANSFER OF LAND AT
THE WATER WELL ROAD AND I-135 INTERCHANGE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to a Quitclaim Deed between the City
of Salina, Kansas and the Secretary of Transportation of the State of Kansas for the transfer of land
at the Water Well Road and I-135 Interchange, subject to the terms and conditions of the Quitclaim
Deed.
