03-10137 Annex RiverRuncuusoi1aa1 d SA, (Published in the Salina Journal on July I I , 2003) ORDINANCE NUMBER 03-10137 AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ANNEXATION OF CERTAIN TRACT OF LAND IN SALINE COUNTY, KANSAS IN CONFORMITY WITH THE PROVISIONS OF K.S.A. 12-519 TO 12-526, INCLUSIVE. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. Contains 94.07 acres more or less. Subject to easements restrictions and reservations now of record. The above described legal description is the same as the property described in Deed Book 387, Page 67 and Deed Book 387, Page 69, in the Office of the Register of Deeds in Saline County, Kansas. meeting one or more of the classifications for annexation prescribed by K.S.A. 12-519 to 12-526, inclusive, is hereby annexed and made a part of the City of Salina, Kansas.
