A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANGER TO INSTRUCT BINDING OF
COVERAGE FOR EXCESS WORKERS COMPENSATION INSURANCE.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the City Manager is authorized to instruct binding of coverage for excess
workers compensation insurance with Midwest Employers Casualty.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
Section 3. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
