A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING GRATITUDE AND APPRECIATION TO
MAINTENANCE WORKER II RICHARD J. COLVIN FOR HIS EMPLOYMENT WITH THE.
CITY OF SALINA FROM JULY 2, 1970 TO MARCH 15, 2012.
WHEREAS, during the period from July 2, 1970 to March 15, 2012 RICHARD J. COLVIN
served as Maintenance Worker I, Labor Foreman I, Lead Maintenance Worker, Golf Course Manager,
Golf Course Supervisor, Garage Mechanic, and Maintenance Worker II for the Parks and Recreation
Department of the City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, RICHARD J. COLVIN has demonstrated invaluable and dedicated service to the
City of Salina; and
WHEREAS, such service and dedication to his job and the interest of the City of Salina are
worthy of public recognition; SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That an official expression of gratitude and appreciation to RICHARD J. COLVIN,
for his dedicated and faithful service as Maintenance Worker I, Labor Foreman 1, Lead Maintenance
Worker, Golf Course Manager, Golf Course Supervisor, Garage Mechanic, and Maintenance Worker II
for the Parks and Recreation Department of the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to have this resolution delivered to RICHARD J.
COLVIN.
