REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD"OF COMMISSIONERS
June 20, 2011
4:00 p.m.
The City Commission convened at 2:30:p.m. in a Study Session on Outside Agencies'
Budget Requests. The Regular Meeting.of the. Board of Commissioners was called to order
at 4:00 p.m. in Room 107, City:County Building. A roll call was taken followed by the
Pledge of. Allegiance and a moment of silence.

CONSENT AGENDA
(6.1) Approve the minutes of June 13, 2011.
(6.2) Acceptance of a public utility easement dedication on Lot 4, Block 1 of the
Eaglecrest Townhomes Addition.
Moved by Commissioner Shirley, seconded by Commissioner L-louse-holter, to approve the
consent agenda as presented. Aye: (5). Nay: (0). Motion carried.

ADMINISTRATION
(8.1) Resolution No. 11-6835 authorizing the offering of public sale of. General Obligation
Bonds and Notes; Series 2011-A and, 2011-1.
(8.1a) First reading Ordinance No.. 11-10607 authorizing and delivery of General
Obligation Bonds, Series.2011-A.
Rod Franz, Director of Finance and Administration, explained the issuance and
projects funded.
Moved by Commissioner Jennings, seconded by Commissioner Crawford, to adopt
Resolution No. 11-6835. Aye: (5). Nay: (0). Motion carried. .
:Moved by Commissioner Jennings, seconded by Commissioner :Ilou.seholter, to pass
Ordinance No. 11-10607 on first reading. Aye: (5). Nay: (0). Motion carried.

Moved by Commissioner Jennings, seconded by Commissioner Householter, to recess i lto
executive session, for 15 minutes to: discuss with legal counsel matters subject to the
attorney-client privilege. for. the.. reason .that public discussion .of those matters would
waive the.privilege and adversely affect the City's interest. in. the matters and reconvene at
4:25 p.m. Aye: (5). Nay: (0)..Motion carried.
The City Commission recessed into. executive session at 4:08 p.m. and reconvened
at 5:10 p.m. No action was taken.
