AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 8, ARTICLE I, DIVISION 1 OF THE
SALINA CODE BY ADDING SECTION 8-24.1 AMENDING TAPBLE 2902.1 OF THE 2006
INTERNATIONAL BUILDING CODE ELIMINATING THE REQUIREMENT FOR
RESTROOMS IN `STORAGE GROUP S' OCCUPANCIES THAT DO NOT HAVE FULL
TIME EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING THOSE GROUPS TOGETHER.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the city of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 8-24.1 is hereby added to Chapter 8, Article I, Division 1 of the
Salina Code as follows:
"Sec. 8-24.1 Amendment to Table 2902.1 of the International Building Code.
