AN ORDINANCE RE,PE.A1.ING CHAPTER 32, ARTICLE 11 OF THE SALINA
CODE PERTAININC TO GOING OUT OF BUSINESS SALES.
BE 1T ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That existing Chapter 32, Article I I is hereby repealed.
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in lull force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once in the official city newspaper.
