ORDINANCE No. 5151
AN ORDINANCE providing for the vacation of a portion of a certain alley in
the City of Salina, Kansas.
jBE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina, Kansast

Section 1. That that portion and part of an alley running north and
I
south between Santa Fe Avenue and Fifth Street, lying and situate north of

the north line, extended west of Lot Thirty-four (34)_,on-Fifth Street.Sto
the south line of Pine Street, all in the Original Town of
Salina, Saline County', Kansas, be and the same is hereby vacated as and.

for.a.public alley and that said alley shall revert to and beooine parts
itof the lots adjacent thereto in equal proportions, as provided by law;
i! Provided, however, that the City of Salina hereby reserves a right of way
i
and easement in portions of said alley so vacated for the purpose of lay-

ii ing, constructing, repairing and maintaining sewers.
Section 2. This Ordinance shall be in force and take effect from
j' and after its publication in the official city paper.
