ORDINANCE NUMBER 03-10134
AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF
ORDINANCE NUMBER 8526, THE SAME BEING CHAPTER 42 OF THE
SALINA CODE, AND THE ZONING DISTRICT MAP THEREIN AND
THEREBY ADOPTED AND PROVIDING FOR THE REZONING OF
CERTAIN PROPERTY WITHIN THE CITY AND PRESCRIBING THE
PROPER USES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, all conditions precedent for the amendment of the Zoning District Map, the
rezoning of certain properties therein, hereinafter described as been timely complied with, and SO
NOW, THEREFORE,
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. AMENDMENT. DISTRICT "H -M". HOSPITAL -MEDICAL DISTRICT.
That the Zoning District Map of the City of Salina, Kansas duly adopted and published as a part of
Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, be and it is hereby
amended so that the following described property be rezoned as follows, to -wit:
Tract 1. Lot 1, Block 1 of the Asbury Subdivision.
Tract 2. Lots 1 — 7, Block 1 of Berk's Addition Plat "D"
Tract 3. Lots 7, 8, 9, 10, Block 1 of the Replat of Beebe's 2nd Addition
Tract 4: Lots 1 — 6, Block 1 of the Replat of Beebe' 2nd Addition and Lots 5
and 7 on Santa Fe Avenue and Lots 6 and 8 on 5th Street in
Holland's Addition
Tract 5: Lots 1 and 3 on Santa Fe Avenue and Lots 2 and 4 on Fifth Street
in Holland's Addition
Tract 6: The South 14.40 feet of Lot 181 and Lots 183, 185 and 187 on
Santa Fe Avenue and Lots 184, 186 and 188 on 5th Street in the
Original Town of Salina
Tract 7: The South 50 feet of the West 130 feet of Lot 2 and all of the Lot 3
except the East 120 feet thereof in Block 3 of the Replat of
Beebe's 2nd Addition.
shall become a part of District "H -M". HOSPITAL -MEDICAL DISTRICT. That the use of said
described property shall be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and
provided for in Ordinance Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code with
reference to the HOSPITAL -MEDICAL DISTRICT.
Section 2. CONDITIONS OF APPROVAL. That the use of said described property shall
be subject to all the conditions, restrictions and limitations as made and provided for in Ordinance
Number 8526, the same being Chapter 42 of the Salina Code, with reference to HOSPITAL -
MEDICAL DISTRICTS.
Section 3. That Ordinance Numbers 89-9323, 98-9884, 99-9957 and 01-10046 and all other
prior ordinances in conflict herewith as they relate to the above described real estate are hereby
repealed.
Section 4. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption
and publication once the official city newspaper.
