RESOLUTION NUMBER 02-5898
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE A
DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE GRANT PUBLIC SAFETY EQUIPMENT AGREEMENT WITH
SALINE COUNTY.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute a Department of Justice
(DOJ) Grant Public Safety Equipment Agreement with Saline County, subject to the terms and
conditions of the agreement.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original agreement and retain
according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
