RESOLUTION NUMBER 02-5895
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO EXECUTE
SUPPLEMENTAL AGREEMENT NO.3 WITH WILSON & COMPANY FOR CONSULTING
SERVICES FOR CERTAIN PUBLIC ART RELATED ACTIVITIES INVOLVING THE
WATER TREATMENT PLANT IMPROVEMENT PROJECT, PHASE II.
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Mayor is hereby authorized to execute an agreement for
Supplemental Agreement No. 3 with Wilson & Company for consulting services for certain public
art related activities involving the Water Treatment Plant Improvement Project, Phase II, subject to
the terms and conditions of the agreement, in an amount not to exceed $17,600.
Section 2. That the City Clerk is hereby directed to file the original supplemental
agreement and retain according to the City of Salina Records Management Policy.
