AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE AMENDMENT OF SECTION 36-613(2) OF THE
SALINA CODE, AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 36-613(2) of the Salina Code is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"Sec. 36-613(2). ConditionaZ uses.
1. Outdoor theatres.
2. Tire repair shops, recapping, etc.
3. Dog kennels, provided that such facility is completely
enclosed and that no odor or noise is discernible
outside the structure."
Section 2. That the existing Section 36-613(2) of the Salina Code
is hereby repealed.
Section 3. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and
after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
