ORDINANCE NUMBER 85-9065
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A TABLE DESIGNATING ZONING
CLASSIFICATIONS; ENACTING SECTION 42-43 OF THE SALINA CODE.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That the Salina Code is hereby amended by adding a
section to be numbered 42-43 which shall read as follows:
"Section 42-43. Zoning classifications.
For the purpose of establishing a table of zoning
classifications of lesser change for the purpose specified
in K.S.A. 12-708 the following is hereby adopted:

restrictive zone classification and any other classification
on the basis of inverse numerical order shall be considered
zone classification of lesser change for the purpose set forth
in K.S.A. 12-708."
Section 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
