87-9187 Zoning RegulationsPublished in The Salina Journal May 15 , 1987) ORDINANCE NUMBER 87-9187 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTIONS 42-40 AND 42-43 OF THE hALINA CODE REGARDING ZONING CLASSIFICATIONS; AND REPEALING THE EXISTING SECTIONS. BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas: Section 1. That Section 42-40 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 42-40. Establishment of districts. (a) The city is hereby divided into the following districts, the respective symbol for each type of district being set forth opposite its title: (b) From time to time, planned development districts (PDD), flood plain (FP) districts, and heritage conservation (HC) districts may be established pursuant to articles VII, Vlll and IX, respectively of this chapter. Each such district may be designated on the zoning map in the text of this chapter by symbol only. Section 2. That Section 42-43 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to read as follows: "Sec. 42-43. Zoning classifications. Section 3. That the existing Sections 42-40 and 42-43 of the Salina Code are hereby repealed. Section 4.
