AN ORDINANCE ADOPTING, BY REFERENCE, "SUBDIVISION REGULATIONS OF THE
CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS", AS THE RULES AND REGULATIONS GOVERNING THE SUBDIVISION
OF LAND IN THE CITY OF SALINA, KANSAS, AND REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 6751.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Board of Commissioners of the City of Salina,
Kansas:
Section 1. That the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Salina,
Kansas, as adopted by the City Planning Commission on the l5th day of January,
1980, and amended by the City Commission, be and the same are hereby adopted by
reference as the rules and regulations governing the subdivision of land within
the City of Salina, Kansas.
Section 2. Copies of such "Subdivision Regulations of the City of
Salina, Kansas", shall be kept on file in the Office of the City Clerk, Office
of the City Planner, and the Office of the City Engineer.
Section 3. That Ordinance Number 6751 is hereby repealed.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in full force from
and after its adoption and publication once in the official city newspaper.
