ORDINANCE NUMBER 88-9259
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 5-25 OF THE SALINA CODE
PERTAINING TO THE CONSUMPTION OF ALCOHOLIC LIQUOR IN THE SALINA
BICENTENNIAL CENTER AND SALINA COMMUNITY THEATRE AND REPEALING
THE EXISTING SECTION.
BE IT ORDAINED by the Governing Body of the Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. That Section 5-25 of the Salina Code is hereby amended to
read as follows:

"Section 5-25. Consumption in the Salina Bicentennial
Center and Salina Community Theatre
It shall be lawful to drink, or consume, alcoholic
liquor within the confines of the Salina Bicentennial Center
located in Kenwood Park, and the Salina Community Theatre,
located at 303 East Iron Avenue, at such times and in such
places as approved by the rules and regulations adopted for
the operation of the Salina Bicentennial Center and Salina
Community Theatre, respectively."
Section 2. That the existing Section 5-25 of the Salina Code is hereby
