A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MEMBERS TO THE BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS,
BUSINESS IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. I DESIGN REVIEW BOARD, HUMAN
RELATIONS COMMISSION, LIBRARY BOARD, AND THE SALINA-SALINE COUNTY
w SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, Section 2(c) of Resolution Number 90-4242 calls for Citizen Board member
appointments to be made by resolution submitted by the Mayor to the full City Commission for final
approval; and
WHEREAS, vacancies currently exist on certain Citizen Boards, Commissions and Committees;
SO NOW, THEREFORE
BE IT RESOLVED by the Governing Body of the City of Salina, Kansas:
Section 1. The following, as proposed by the Mayor of the City of Salina, are hereby appointed
to the designated Board for the term indicated:
Board of "toning Appeals
Curtis Stevens appointed to till the unexpired term of Richard Worth.
Business Improvement District No. 1 (Lee District) Design Review Board
Michael Trow appointed until 8/13/2013.
Library Board
Karen Bonar appointed to fill the unexpired term of Nina Ainsle.
Solid Waste Management Committee
Tim Hobson appointed until 8/13/2013.
Ralph Boor appointed until 8/13/2013.
Section 2. That this resolution shall be in full force and effect from and after its adoption.
Adopted by the Board of Commissioners and signed by the ayor this 181s day of October, 2010.
