This letter will serve as your authorization to begin construction of
the headwall structure on the Dry'Creek Channel - Salina Flood Protec-
tion System adjacent to the Westport Addition.
We accept your proposal, dated November 5, 1987, which states your
firm will provide all material and labor to complete the headwall
structure in accordance with the enclosed detailed drawing (dated
10-87).
The lump sum bid for this work is $7,800.00 with a completion date of
April 1, 1988.
