posed Right -of -Way at the Southeast Quadrant of Ohio and Waterwell Road.
Saline County would appreciate the transfer of this tract to our road Right -
of -Way system when the Airport Authority transfers the remaining portion of
their tract to the City of Salina.

DESCRIPTION:
A tract of land situated in the Northwest Quarter of Section 7, Township 15
South, Range 2 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Saline County, Kansas, more
particularly described as follows:
Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section
7; thence East along the North line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 7,
a distance of 65.0 feet; thence South parallel to the West line of the Northwest
Quarter of said Section 7, a distance of 40.0 feet; thence Southwesterly to a
point 80.0 feet South and 50.0 feet East of the point of beginning; thence South
parallel to the West line of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 7, a distance
of 157.0 feet; thence West'to the West line of the Northwest Quarter,of said
Section 7, a distance of 50.0 feet; thence North along the West line of the
Northwest Quarter of said Section 7, a distance of 237.0 feet to the point of
beginning.
