It has been brought to our attention that your firm's sanitary sewer
line is connected to the City of Salina's sanitary sewer system.
The Salina City Code requires that for each sanitary sewer connection,
serving property not within the city limits and not in any sewer benefit
district of the city, a fee of $350.00 shall be paid to the City of Salina.
Our records do not indicate your firm has paid this connection fee to
serve Lot Twenty-two (22), Block One (1), Plat of Block Two (2) and Replat
of Lots One (1), Thirteen (13), Twenty-one (21) and Twenty-two (22) of
Block One (1), South Industrial Area, Saline County, Kansas. The connection
fee of $350.00 must be paid within thirty (30) days.
