We have received a complaint that a hazard to pedestrain
traffic has been created by your failure to properly maintain
a barricade on your sidewalk repair area. It is your duty as
the owner of the abutting property to keep the sidewalk in -a
safe condition at all times.
Due to the current weather conditions, we realize that
repairs can not be completed at this time. However, a warning
barricade must be erected immediately to prevent accidents to
the general public.
