Dear Sir:
In response to a request from your firm for a tentative construction
schedule for various improvements adjacent to your properties on Gold
Road, we submit the following:
(a)
We are proposing
to set a bid letting date for the
installation of
a 12" C.I.P. water main along Gold
Road in January,
1979.
(b)
We are proposing
to set a bid letting date for the
paving (40' B -B)
of Gold Road from Fifth Street to "
Ninth Street in
early March, 1979.
(c)
We are proposing
to set a bid letting date for a new
elevated water tank
(500,000 gallon) to be constructed
on the northwest
corner of the intersection of Gold Road
and Fifth Street
in March, 1979.
(d)
Completion dates
for all three projects will be dependent
upon the successful
bidders work schedule. We would
expect the street
improvements and the water line
installation to
be completed by September, 1979, based
on past similar
projects. The water tower project will
require a later
completion date.
The above schedules are based on the assumption that no unusual
time delays will be encountered in obtaining Federal and State permits
for these projects and upon obtaining a tract of land for the new
water tower.
