This letter is in regard to the central cafeteria facilities
for U.S.D. 305 to be -located on the north side of McAdams Road
between Front Street and the Salina High School football stadium.
We do not find this facility in violation of any city building
codes or zoning ordinances due to its intended use. You will be
expected to comply with all setback requirements and technical
building codes for the City of Salina.
