We have received your letter requesting permission to
construct a curb sidewalk on Lot Eight (8), Block Nineteen
(19), Georgetown Addition. City ordinances now require that
you sign a petition form requesting the construction of a
curb sidewalk and submit said petition to the City Commission
for approval. .
A petition form is enclosed for your signature. Return
this signed petition to our office. G & K, Inc. owns the
three lots directly south of your property and has submitted
a letter to our office stating they have no objection to a
curb sidewalk in this area. Therefore, there appears to be
no reason for rejecting your request by the City Commission,
but they must make the final determination.
