Mr. Lee Haworth has given the City a similar strip of land from the northwest corner of Bonnie Ridge Addition to the southwest corner of your property across the west side of Twin Oaks Addition. At this time, we have a construction project underway to construct the drainage ditch from Bonnie Ridge to your south property line. If we - could obtain this easement from you, we would plan on completing this ditch from your south property line to Magnolia Road at the earliest possible date. This drainage ditch conforms to and is a part of the drainage study recently completed by Wilson and Company Engineers.
