Dear Sir:
It has been brought to our attention by the Saline County Register
of Deeds that due to an apparent drafting omission, the parcel of land
between Lots Six (6) and Eight (8), Block Nineteen (19), Sunset Manor
Addition, was never numbered. This parcel has been recorded as being
Lot Seven (7), Block Nineteen (19), since the filing of the original
plat, even though this parcel was never officially designated as Lot
Seven (7).
In order to allow the Register of Deeds, Helen Jaggers, to record
any future deeds, etc. for this parcel, she would like for you to
prepare an affidavid. This affidavid would merely state that you,
as president of Parkview Building and Realty Co., Inc., certify that
this parcel of proerty located between Lots Six (6) and Eight (8),
Block Nineteen (19�, Sunset Manor Addition should be referred as Lot
Seven (7), Block Nineteen (19), Sunset Manor Addition in all future
legal documents filed with the Register of Deeds.
We are enclosing a copy of the above Block Nineteen (19) as shown
on the original plat in 1952.
