Kansas, being more particularly described as

The east thirty feet (30') of Lot Two (2),
Black. Eight (8) in said Eimdale Addition.
Enclosed is $ 115.32 which is 25%
of my bid.
I understand that, should my bid be accepted by the City Commission
at its regular meeting on April 27, 1981, the balance will be payable upon
tender of deed and policy of title insurance.. Failure to pay balance upon
tender of deed will void bid and result in forfeiture of bid deposit.
However, if my bid is rejected, then I will receive a refund of my deposit.
I understand that the City Commission reserves the right to reject
any or all bids with or without cause and to waive any irregularities therein.
