We plan to begin actual construction on street improvements,
in Salina, on North Street and on Front Street in approximately
60 days. This work will involve the construction of concrete
headers adjacent to your railroad roadway at the above locations.
Enclosed are copies of drawings showing the general
construction details of proposed improvements and limits of
construction.
