We hereby approve the proposed modifications to your driveway approach
located at 820 North 8th Street. The reasons outlined by Mr. Lynn
Shriver this afternoon are sufficient to grant approval for the construc-
tion of an approach wider than the standard maximum width of thirty (30)
feet.
Driveway approaches are for ingress and egress of vehicular traffic and
are not to be used for the parking of vehicles. Also, parking of vehicles
is strictly prohibited on public right-of-way. This restriction applies
to the area between the street curbing and the property line. We observed
several vehicles parked illegally in this area adjacent to your property
this afternoon.
