Dear Mr. Ridge:
Enclosed you will find a map of Salina, Kansas. The ten
(10) acre tract, colored orange, on the west side of South
Ninth Street, needs a rail siding. Would you please have
your engineering department make a feasibility report on the
possibility of the Union Pacific Railroad Company constructing
a railroad siding to serve this tract.
We would appreciate your expediency in complying with this
request.
