Reference to your letter dated November 12, 1975,
relative to crossing our right of way -at MP 4.78, Salina,
Saline County, Kansas, McPherson Branch, with a 6 -inch cast
iron pipe.Sanitary Sewer Line crossing.
This is to advise you that proposed construction is
approved and request that you advise our Agent at Salina at
least,48 hours prior to commencing construction in order
that he may advise our forces to provide any necessary
protection.
This proposed crossing will be made a part of the exist-
ing agreement, CD No. 42989-1 with City of Salina, and
supplemental to the agreement is in the process of being pre-
pared to cover the new portion.
