Dear Don:
We would like to submit the following proposal for Fire Station No. 1 which
will include the following considerations:
1. We will analyze the energy usage and efficiency of the building.
2. We will, after completing No. 1 above, specify the changes and
revisions to the operation to obtain better energy efficiency along
with occupant comfort.
This will include specifying roof top units for the Second Floor.
3. We will divide the above up into several phases which will help to
determine which items can be undertaken at this time, and which would
have a less dramatic effect. The less pressing phases of work could
be accomplished either at a later date or by City personnel during
slack periods.
The Fee for this work will be Nine Hundred Seventy Eight and no/100 Dollars
($978.00), based on the above, and our conversation with Mr. Robertson.
