Dear Mr. Bengtson:
We would like to bring again to the attention of the
City of Salina, Corp of Engineering Department, that Kenneth
and Merl Nordboe have the vested water rights on Dry Creek
to wit: SW 1/4, 26-14-3.
This right is being violated due to improper installation
of a shut-off gate on Dry Creek. The shut-off gate was built
at least one foot above the natural flow of normal water flow
down Dry Creek.
We hope this violation of our vested water rights can
be taken care without legal action being taken. Please respond
to my letter on or before August 15, 1984.
