After our meeting with the residents of Wayne Street and Mr. Don
Hoff, it appears that the referenced modifications to the temporary
drainage plan are desirable and acceptable to all concerned. I
previously discussed this matter with Ed Warmack and he approved
proceeding with these revisions if it was mutually satisfactory. I
am, therefore, authorized to request that you proceed as noted.
